GLUETEC RELAUNCHES THE STRUCTURAL ADHESIVES PRODUCT LINE
In the 2000s, GLUETEC Industrial Adhesives was one of the first companies to introduce methyl methacrylate structural adhesives in Germany and to make them available to the masses in small container sizes under the WELDYX brand. Methyl methacrylates (MMA for short) are among the most powerful reactive adhesives available for the structural bonding of two parts to be joined. They were designed for industrial use and score with their diverse application options, their good adhesive properties and their ease of processing. Today MMAs are an established class of adhesives in industrial companies in Europe and around the world.
In August 2020, GLUETEC completely reorganized the WELDYX brand. All MMA products from GLUETEC will henceforth be marketed under the WELDYX brand and divided into three product lines according to their applications:
WELDYX SPECIAL: For special applications.
WELDYX PREMIUM: For rail, truck, marine and transport.
WELDYX QUALIFIED: For universal use in industry and trade.
The wide WELDYX product portfolio now offers solutions for standard applications and special bonds, from high strength to flexible, from black to transparent, from low to high temperature resistant. All WELDYX products now appear in the new packaging design to match.
The brand relaunch is accompanied by a new 75-page WELDYX catalog for the international market. Comprehensive product information as well as detailed technical data make the catalog a helpful reference work to quickly find the right adhesive solution. All adhesives can be easily compared with one another using a table.
In accordance with the company philosophy of the GLUETEC GROUP, the new catalog was implemented in four languages for all international interested parties - German, English, Polish and Slovenian.
In addition, for the sake of the environment, the group of companies has decided to only provide the catalog as a printed version on request. It is now available as a PDF file on the GLUETEC website under the following link:
